An opportunity has arisen for an HR Manager within our Experian Scorex Division
based in Sofia but also supporting employees in Greece, Romania and Turkey. We are
looking for someone who can lead the provision of an effective HR service across
multiple business lines in a rapidly expanding environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provision of strategic HR Direction to key internal customers.
- Reward - managing the annual salary & bonus review process, as well as ad
hoc adjustments.
- Legal / best practice advice & guidance to line managers at all stages of
the employee life cycle.
- Advise on and implement policies and procedures whether EMEA - wide or local.
- Manage the collection and provision of people-related management information.
- Be responsible for development activities including those of the Regional Analytics
Group.
- Recruitment and induction activity at all levels of seniority is likely to be
significant.
To be successful in this role you’ll be expected to demonstrate the following: Strong
generalist HR experience, which will include employee relations, selection, performance
management, compensation & benefits and training and development. You will also
be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills including strong influencing
and coaching skills.
A relevant HR qualification would be preferred.
